Disrupt Promotions Update

In light of recent media reports that Disrupt Promotions is going to be struck off as a going concern we are issuing the following clarification in order to confirm that this is not in fact the case.

While a UK entity, Disrupt Promotions Limited, is in the process of being wound up, that entity has never traded and is no longer required following a review and restructure of Disrupt Promotions' wider business.

The UK entity was set up last year with the sole purpose of promoting any Disrupt Promotions events in the UK, however, from its inception, the focus of the business quickly moved away from the UK and other saturated boxing markets and instead continues to focus on emerging boxing markets, such as Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates.

To this end, despite facing difficulties similar to those any start-up business might face early on, Disrupt Promotions remains very much in business and looks forward to continuing its work with the fighters under its banner.
